UAE Announces Petrol and Diesel Prices for November 2025

Dubai, October 31, 2025 – The UAE Fuel Price Committee has announced the petrol and diesel rates for November 2025, revealing a slight decrease across all fuel categories compared to the previous month.
According to the official update, Super 98 petrol will be priced at Dh2.63 per litre, down from Dh2.77 in October. Special 95 petrol will cost Dh2.51 per litre, compared to Dh2.66 last month.
Meanwhile, E-Plus 91 petrol will retail at Dh2.44 per litre, falling from Dh2.58 in October, while diesel prices will stand at Dh2.67 per litre, slightly lower than Dh2.71 in the previous month.
The November adjustment reflects modest relief for motorists, following a period of fluctuating global oil prices. The UAE reviews retail fuel prices monthly in line with global energy market trends, as part of its policy to align local rates with international benchmarks.
The revised prices will take effect from November 1, 2025, across all Emirates.
