Former Bahrain Resident Crowned Miss Supranational Birmingham 2026
Khushi Rastogi, a 19-year-old former Bahrain resident, has been officially crowned Miss Supranational Birmingham 2026. She will now represent Birmingham at the Miss Supranational UK national finals, set to take place on 21st February 2026 in Leicester, United Kingdom.
Currently pursuing a degree in Economics at the University of Manchester, Khushi is making history as the youngest regional Miss Supranational UK titleholder and the only contestant of South Asian background to have qualified for the UK national finals so far this year. Her journey in pageantry began earlier in 2025 with her first competition, Miss Manchester England. Since then, she has continued to rise through the ranks with focus, determination, and a clear sense of purpose.
Beyond the glamour of pageantry, Khushi is the founder of The HerStory Project, an initiative aimed at amplifying women’s voices and addressing important social issues such as colorism, patriarchy, and mental health stigma. Through personal storytelling and educational content, the project encourages women to embrace confidence, individuality, and self-worth, empowering them to share their stories and inspire others to do the same.
Khushi’s passion for advocacy also extends to her work with the Girls’ Friendly Society (GFS), where she raises funds and hosts confidence-building workshops for young girls. These sessions are designed to help them embrace their individuality, develop self-esteem, and learn the importance of self-love. Looking ahead, she hopes to expand The HerStory Project through partnerships with international organizations, the creation of educational content, and campaigns that continue to highlight underrepresented voices in society.
Speaking about her recent win, Khushi shared, “Growing up, I never imagined that I’d step into the world of pageantry. Coming from a South Asian background, I’ve seen how colorism and societal expectations can affect confidence and I want to be a voice for change. Winning Miss Supranational Birmingham isn’t just a personal achievement to me; it’s a platform to represent women like me and to inspire others to embrace who they truly are.”
With her passion for representation and social impact, Khushi Rastogi is proving to be much more than just a beauty queen. As she prepares to compete at the Miss Supranational UK national finals, she carries with her the values of diversity, empowerment, and authenticity. Her journey from Bahrain to Birmingham stands as a powerful testament to resilience, purpose, and the belief that true beauty lies in confidence and compassion.
