Their first outlet, located near a girls' hostel in Indore, offered traditional kulhad chai in a lively café-bar setting. With no formal backing, the duo improvised using second-hand furniture, borrowed items, and a hand-painted wooden sign to bring their vision to life.

Their grassroots creativity, combined with 20 innovative flavors of tea, a smoke-free environment, and a chill ambiance, quickly resonated with India’s youth. Word of mouth fueled rapid growth.

Exponential Growth and Community Impact

From a single café, Chai Sutta Bar has expanded to 165+ outlets across more than 195 cities in India, Dubai, and Oman, marking its status as the largest kulhad tea franchise in India. The company now boasts a valuation exceeding ₹150 crore and positively impacts local communities by sourcing kulhads from over 250 potter families.
