HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister Welcomes Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni to Bahrain for GCC Summit

Manama : His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received Her Excellency Giorgia Meloni, President of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic, upon her arrival in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Her Excellency Meloni is visiting the Kingdom to attend the 46th Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit as Guest of Honour, hosted this year by Bahrain. The visit underscores the growing strategic partnership and continued cooperation between Bahrain and Italy.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister welcomed the Italian leader and highlighted the importance of strengthening bilateral ties across political, economic, and security fields. Discussions also touched on regional developments and shared priorities for advancing stability and prosperity.Several senior officials were present during the reception.
