Qatar’s Meteorology Department has forecast partly cloudy to cloudy conditions across the country on Tuesday, March 31, and Wednesday, April 1, with chances of thundery rain in several areas.
According to the latest outlook, unstable weather conditions are expected to develop, particularly on Tuesday, when thunderstorms may form during the day. These conditions could bring brief but intense rainfall, along with gusty winds.
Authorities have warned residents to take precautions due to the possibility of strong downdrafts, which can lead to sudden, powerful winds near the ground. Such conditions may reduce visibility, create hazardous driving situations, and cause dust to be lifted in open areas.
