Salman Khan Ventures to Build ₹10,000-Crore Integrated Township and Film Studio

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s production company, Salman Khan Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (SKVPL), has unveiled plans to develop a massive ₹10,000-crore integrated township and film studio in the state, marking one of the most ambitious entertainment-infrastructure projects in the country.
According to an official press release, the sprawling township will include a championship-level golf course, high-end leisure and lifestyle amenities, an exclusive racecourse, curated nature trails, and premium residential enclaves designed for modern urban living.
A major highlight of the project is the creation of a state-of-the-art film studio complex, envisioned as a world-class hub for large-format cinema productions, OTT content creation, advanced post-production facilities, and talent development programmes. Designed to serve both Bollywood and global filmmakers, the facility is expected to boost domestic content creation and enhance India’s position as a premier filmmaking destination.
The project reflects SKVPL’s push into large-scale infrastructure and entertainment-driven urban development, bringing together luxury living, tourism, and creative industry ecosystems within a single integrated destination.
