Asian Youth Games 2025: India Shine With 33 Medals, Ranked 10th in Bahrain
India’s Young Athletes Sparkle in Manama-
Team India has delivered a stellar performance at the Asian Youth Games 2025, securing a total of 33 medals six gold, 12 silver, and 15 bronze to stand 10th in the overall medal tally at the continental event being held in Manama, Bahrain.
A contingent of 222 athletes (119 women and 103 men) represented India across 21 sports, marking one of the country’s most widespread participations in the Games’ history. The 2025 edition marks the return of the Asian Youth Games after 12 years, following the previous event in Nanjing, China (2013).
