Bahrain crown prince meets religious leaders to reinforce unity amid recent developments
Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa convened a meeting with religious leaders at the Ahmed Al-Fateh Islamic Center to discuss national unity and solidarity amid recent developments facing the Kingdom.
The gathering was held under the directives of Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and brought together religious figures to reaffirm the country’s commitment to social cohesion during a period of heightened regional tensions.
During the meeting, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted the important role religious leaders play in strengthening social harmony, particularly during the holy month of Ramadan. He emphasized the need to promote values of tolerance, responsibility, and unity within society.
HRH Prince Salman reiterated Bahrain’s firm stance on coexistence and national solidarity, stressing the importance of rejecting division and discord while continuing to uphold the Kingdom’s long-standing tradition of peaceful coexistence.
He also expressed pride in the efforts of the Bahrain Defence Force and the Ministry of Interior Bahrain for their role in safeguarding the country’s security and maintaining stability.
The meeting reflected Bahrain’s ongoing efforts to strengthen unity across communities and institutions while navigating the challenges posed by recent regional developments.
