Recognized as one of the Gulf region’s premier heritage sporting events, the festival was held under the patronage of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

In the second round, the Bahraini camel “Sayaf” took first place, followed by “Azoum”, who won the third round, demonstrating Bahrain’s competitive strength in regional camel racing. These victories reflect the Kingdom’s dedication to advanced breeding standards, professional training, and meticulous preparation, as noted by His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs.

His Highness emphasized that these achievements not only underscore Bahrain’s growing stature in camel racing but also highlight the festival’s role in preserving cultural heritage. By bringing together elite camel owners and trainers from across the Gulf, the event provides a platform for both competition and cultural exchange.
