Digital City Bahrain Appoints BSBG as Design Architect and Lead Consultant for Trio Park
Digital City Bahrain has announced the appointment of Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) as the Design Architect and Lead Consultant for Trio Park, the first phase of Digital City Bahrain, which will be developed at the Beyon Campus in Hamala, Bahrain.
The agreement was signed by Daniel Dugina, Chief Executive Officer of Digital City Development Company, and Alistair McMillan, Managing Partner at BSBG, in the presence of Faisal Al Jalahma, Chairman of Digital City Development Company, along with other senior representatives from both organisations.
Under the agreement, BSBG will be responsible for the design of Trio Park, which comprises three circular buildings with a total Gross Floor Area of approximately 39,000 square metres. The development will feature private internal courtyards and will serve as the new headquarters for Beyon Group and Bahrain Network (BNET), the project’s joint anchor tenants. The scope of work also includes the design of retail food and beverage outlets, as well as extensive publicly accessible landscaped areas for employees and visitors.
With nearly 50 years of design leadership in the region, BSBG brings extensive experience and world-class expertise to the project. The firm’s portfolio includes notable projects such as its collaboration with Foster + Partners on the award-winning ICD Brookfield Place, as well as the design and delivery of DMCC Phase 2 in Uptown Dubai.
Commenting on the appointment, Faisal Al Jalahma, Chairman of Digital City Development Company, said the engagement of BSBG reflects the company’s commitment to shaping the next evolution of workplace design in the region. He noted that Trio Park represents a key first phase in establishing the experiential and architectural standard of the Digital City ecosystem, promoting employee wellbeing, collaboration and productivity while fostering innovation within Bahrain’s growing digital economy.

Development of the wider Digital City project is progressing actively, with efforts underway to secure end-users and tenants for the third ring of Trio Park, completing Phase 1 of the development.
