Bollywood star Kartik Aaryan is gearing up for an ambitious slate of projects in 2026, showcasing his versatility across genres.
He will headline “Naagzilla,” a fantasy film where he plays a shape-shifting serpent, directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and produced by Dharma Productions. Filming is set to begin in November 2025, with the film slated for release on 14th August 2026. The project promises high-octane visual effects and a fresh take on fantasy storytelling in Indian cinema.
In addition, Aaryan is committed to “Captain India,” an aviation drama directed by Shimit Amin, with filming planned from March 2026. The film is expected to explore the high-stakes world of aviation, combining action, emotion, and heroism.
Furthermore, reports suggest that Kartik is in early talks with director Vishnuvardhan for a zombie-themed film, indicating the actor’s intent to experiment with unconventional genres and push the boundaries of mainstream Bollywood cinema.
