Qatar Amir receives call from Putin expressing solidarity after regional tensions

Qatar’s Amir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, received a phone call on Monday from the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, who conveyed Moscow’s solidarity following recent regional developments.
