61st Saudi Relief Plane Arrives in Egypt with Aid for Gaza

El Arish, Egypt – Sept. 5: The 61st Saudi relief plane, organized by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief), landed at El Arish International Airport in Egypt on Thursday, delivering critical humanitarian aid for the people of Gaza.
The aircraft carried food baskets and essential supplies, which are set to be transported into the Gaza Strip to support Palestinian families grappling with ongoing famine and deteriorating living conditions.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), this shipment is part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s ongoing efforts to alleviate humanitarian suffering in Gaza. The aid operation reflects Riyadh’s commitment to stand with the Palestinian people during one of the region’s most difficult crises.
The mission is coordinated in partnership with Egyptian authorities to ensure swift delivery across the border. The El Arish airport has served as a major logistical hub for humanitarian operations aimed at supporting Gaza amid prolonged restrictions and conflict-related disruptions.
Saudi Arabia has reiterated its call for enhanced international cooperation to ensure uninterrupted humanitarian access to Gaza, and the King Salman Relief Center continues to expand its global outreach, having delivered aid to dozens of countries affected by disaster and conflict.
