Shah Rukh Khan is the celebrity face of Emaar’s extended New Year festivities this year. Through Red Chillies Entertainment’s Frontstage, his team has curated the Bollywood concept at Burj Park, promising a cinematic atmosphere filled with high-energy performances, immersive visuals, and entertainment inspired by Indian cinema. The superstar is expected to make a special appearance during the celebrations and may personally lead parts of the festivities.

Eight Days of Celebrations Across Downtown Dubai-

Emaar’s New Year festival will run from December 31, 2025, to January 7, 2026, transforming Downtown Dubai into a city-wide celebration zone.

Spectacular nightly displays will be a major highlight, with synchronized fireworks, advanced light and laser shows, and drone performances centered around the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain. While shows will take place every night during the festival, the main fireworks display is scheduled for New Year’s Eve.

Adding to the festive atmosphere, a grand parade featuring giant floats, illuminated puppets, and live performers will move through Downtown Dubai, celebrating the city’s diverse culture and global appeal.

Burj Park: Premium Ticketed Experience-

Burj Park will host a ticketed premium viewing experience, offering uninterrupted views of the main shows. Visitors can enjoy live entertainment, family-friendly activities, and a variety of food and beverage stalls within the venue.

Ticket prices are set at AED 950 for adults and AED 550 for children aged 5 to 12. Entry is free for children under five, although access badges are still required. Entry is strictly via pre-purchased tickets and official badges.

For those without tickets, free public viewing areas will be available around the Dubai Mall promenade and other expanded public zones, allowing residents and visitors to enjoy the festivities without charge.

Travel and Road Closures Advisory-

Authorities have advised the public to plan ahead, as Sheikh Zayed Road will be closed from the morning of December 31 until January 2. Visitors are encouraged to use public transport and arrive early to avoid congestion during the peak celebration period.

With Shah Rukh Khan’s involvement, a Bollywood-curated experience, and Dubai’s signature fireworks and light shows, Emaar’s eight-day New Year celebration is set to be one of the city’s most memorable welcomes to 2026.
