Riyadh Fashion Week 2025 is set to mark a defining moment in the Kingdom’s creative and cultural evolution as fashion legends Vivienne Westwood and Stella McCartney join the lineup for the first time. Scheduled from October 16 to 21, the event returns for its third and most ambitious edition yet, promising over 30 runway shows, exclusive designer presentations, and citywide fashion activations that blend Saudi and global creativity.

Organized by the Saudi Fashion Commission under the Ministry of Culture, Riyadh Fashion Week has swiftly grown into a key fixture on the regional and international fashion calendar since its debut in 2023. With its growing profile, the Kingdom is steadily emerging as a fashion capital that bridges heritage with innovation, tradition with sustainability.

The opening night will feature a special presentation by Vivienne Westwood, created in collaboration with Art of Heritage by Princess Noura Al Faisal. This unique showcase will reinterpret traditional Saudi craftsmanship through the house’s signature avant-garde lens, blending rebellious British couture with the Kingdom’s rich artisanal culture.

Closing the week on October 21, Stella McCartney will stage her debut runway show in Saudi Arabia. Known worldwide for her leadership in sustainable luxury, McCartney will present a curated selection of her latest and archival collections. Her presence highlights Saudi Arabia’s growing commitment to conscious fashion and innovation-driven design.

According to Burak Cakmak, CEO of the Saudi Fashion Commission, the participation of both fashion icons is more than symbolic it represents a major milestone in the Kingdom’s creative transformation and its increasingly influential role in shaping the global fashion narrative.
