Mara’ee 2025: Bahrain’s Annual Agriculture and Animal Production Festival Returns

MANAMA: Mara’ee 2025, Bahrain’s annual celebration of local agriculture and animal production, is set to take place from December 9th to 13th, 2025, at the Rashid Equestrian & Horse Racing Club, the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (Baca) has confirmed.
The festival showcases the Kingdom’s rich agricultural heritage, highlighting livestock, farming techniques, and local produce, while offering residents and visitors an immersive cultural experience. Attendees can expect exhibitions, competitions, and activities that celebrate the vital role of agriculture and animal husbandry in Bahrain’s culture and economy.
Baca organizes Mara’ee each year to promote local traditions, encourage sustainable practices, and provide a platform for farmers, breeders, and artisans to connect with the wider community. The Rashid Equestrian & Horse Racing Club will host the event, providing a spacious venue suitable for both livestock displays and interactive public activities.
