OMNIYAT Launches LUMENA ALTA to Mark 20 Years of Architectural Innovation

Dubai, Oct. 8 : OMNIYAT, one of the UAE’s leading luxury real estate developers, has launched LUMENA ALTA, an ultra-luxury mixed-use commercial tower that will rise 380 metres into the Dubai skyline. A five-star hotel will crown the tower, featuring the world’s highest announced infinity pool suspended at 335 metres, along with a sky restaurant offering 360-degree views of Dubai’s iconic landmarks. State-of-the-art amenities such as private wellness suites, indoor lap pools, executive clubs, and smart office technologies further elevate the tower’s positioning as a future-ready workplace for global leaders and innovators.

The development will connect to the future Dubai Metro Gold Line, enhancing accessibility to major business districts such as DIFC, Downtown, and Dubai South.
