Prince William to Make First Official Visit to Saudi Arabia in February

Britain’s Prince William will make his first official visit to Saudi Arabia from February 9 to 11, Kensington Palace announced in a statement released yesterday.
According to the palace, the visit comes at a significant moment in bilateral relations, as the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia continue to deepen cooperation across trade, energy, and investment sectors. The trip also coincides with preparations to mark nearly 100 years of diplomatic relations between the two nations.
“His Royal Highness’ visit comes as the UK and Saudi Arabia celebrate growing trade, energy and investment ties, and as the two nations approach a century of diplomatic relations,” the statement said.
The visit is expected to focus on strengthening diplomatic engagement and highlighting areas of mutual interest, reflecting the evolving partnership between London and Riyadh.
Prince William’s trip marks an important milestone in UK–Saudi relations and represents a new chapter in royal-level engagement between the two countries.
