Ramadan 2026 in Bahrain Expected to Begin on February 18
Ramadan next year is expected to begin on the evening of February 18, with Eid Al Fitr anticipated on March 20, according to astronomical expert Ali Al Hajari.
Al Hajari confirmed that Bahrain is preparing to welcome the holy month, which will span 30 days, based on both astronomical calculations and the traditional naked-eye sighting of the crescent moon.
The announcement provides families and communities across Bahrain ample time to plan for Ramadan observances, including fasting, prayers, and communal activities, while looking forward to the celebrations of Eid Al Fitr at the end of the month.
