Saudi Arabia’s Six Flags Qiddiya City to Launch World’s Fastest, Tallest, and Longest Roller Coaster

Saudi Arabia is set to redefine thrill-seeking with the launch of Six Flags Qiddiya City, a cornerstone of the multi-billion-dollar entertainment hub near Riyadh. Anchoring the park’s adrenaline-packed lineup is Falcons Flight, a roller coaster aiming to break three global records: reaching 250 km/h, climbing to 195 meters, and covering a track length of over four kilometres in just three minutes.

Part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, Qiddiya City seeks to diversify the economy and expand entertainment offerings, delivering immersive, high-adventure experiences that go beyond traditional amusement park attractions. Alongside Falcons Flight, the park will debut the Sirocco Tower, slated as the world’s tallest free-fall ride, dropping thrill-seekers from 145 meters at nearly 130 km/h.

Other adrenaline-pumping attractions include Spitfire, a 50-meter-high roller coaster reaching 127 km/h, and Gyrospin, a pendulum ride swinging riders up to 45 meters the height of a Boeing 747. Family-friendly yet intense rides feature the mining train-inspired Iron Rattler and the 20-meter-high Adrena-line, offering top speeds of 75 km/h.

Six Flags Qiddiya City is scheduled to open on December 31, 2025. Adult tickets start at SAR 325, children’s tickets from SAR 275, and infants under four can enter for free. With its record-breaking rides and immersive attractions, the park is poised to become a world-class entertainment destination, enhancing the Kingdom’s leisure and tourism landscape.
