His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has issued a Royal Order designating 2026 as the ‘Year of Isa Al Kabeer,’ in recognition of His Highness Isa Al Kabeer, the founder of the modern Bahraini state and a central figure in the country’s institutional renaissance.

During the meeting, His Majesty and HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister reviewed key topics related to advancing Bahrain’s development process and sustaining progress across various sectors, in line with national priorities and long-term strategic goals.
