Dubai will host the 2026 edition of The Best FIFA Football Awards, FIFA President Gianni Infantino announced during his appearance at the World Sports Summit currently taking place in the emirate.
Infantino revealed the news while delivering a keynote presentation titled “The Next 90 Minutes: Charting the On-Pitch Evolution of Football,” where he outlined FIFA’s strategic vision and long-term direction for the global game.

The 2025 ceremony was held in Doha, Qatar, where Ousmane Dembélé won the Best Player award following his standout performances for Paris Saint-Germain during their historic treble-winning campaign.
