Bahrain National Action Charter Day Kite Festival Soars High in 2026

The 2026 edition of the Bahrain National Action Charter Day Kite Festival is held on Friday, 13 February 2026, bringing vibrant colours and joyous activity to the skies over Manama. This annual celebration, organised to commemorate Bahrain’s National Action Charter Day a national milestone marking reform and progress in the Kingdom of Bahrain is taking place at the scenic Al Fateh Beachfront, beside Al Najma Club in Juffair. The festival, jointly hosted by the Bahrain Voluntary Work Society and the Telugu Kala Samithi (TKS), drew families, kite enthusiasts, and community members for an afternoon of outdoor fun from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Entry is free to the public, and the event features a dazzling array of colourful kites dancing in the breeze against the waterfront skyline, symbolising community spirit and the celebration of national pride. Attendees can enjoy flying kites of various shapes and sizes, showcasing creative designs and enjoying the traditional charm of kite flying.
